Faculty was founded (as “ASI Data Science”) in 2014 by Marc Warner and Angie Ma who met in their PhD programme at UCL. During Mark’s post-doctoral research at Harvard he realised that there was an abundance of hype around AI yet a paucity of successful real-world applications.
